Not too long ago I was exactly where you are now. I struggled with IBS, Interstitial Cystitis, Fibroids, Anxiety, and Insomnia throughout my 20s.
After years trying different doctors and medications for each of the above problems, I started to have a feeling that all my symptoms were psychosomatic, that is, caused by emotional issues. I started studying the relationship between emotions and the chemical reactions that happen in the body and became convinced I had to heal emotionally.
Of course, nutrition and lifestyle also play a big role in our overall health, so I went through a detoxification process, made some changes in my life and started therapy to heal my traumas. The results were great and I no longer experience any of the above symptoms and I am much healthier now that I am nearly 40 than I was throughout my 20s.
I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and Yoga therapist specializing in psychosomatic diseases. I have been helping people find the root cause of their symptoms by providing a health assessment and identifying the emotions and traumas connected to it.
